Build and Transfer is the most appropriate for companies that want to jump-start their own nearshore captive operations as soon as possible and are ready to invest in management resources for operating the subsidiary.


In addition to Build-Operate-Transfer model of setting up your own nearshore development center in Ukraine we also offer Build and Transfer option.

According to this type of agreement, IIT Nearshore Sourcing takes responsibility for the following activities necessary for establishing a captive center: registration of the corporate entity, dealing with legal issues, selection and setup of the infrastructure, HR setup and recruitment, setup and implementation of processes, setup of finance and accounting.

Right after the setup process is finished (facility is fully operational and staffed with agreed-upon number of employees), the ownership is transferred to the client, i.e. there is no operate phase.
